Refund Policy

• If our analysis fails for a technical reason on our end, any credit or free-report token spent is restored to you automatically — and any payment tied to a report that was never delivered is refunded in full on request.
• Once a completed report has been delivered, the charge is final.
• Monitoring can be cancelled anytime from your Account page; it stays active until the end of the current quarter, and every report you've received stays yours forever.
• Credits never expire, and a credit spent on a failed analysis is returned to your balance automatically.

Your first report is included free with a monitoring subscription. If the analysis of your uploaded DNA file fails for a technical reason on our end — a parsing failure, a database outage, or any error before your report is generated — the free-report token (or any credit spent) is automatically returned to you. If a payment you made is tied to a report that was never delivered, contact us and we'll refund it in full.

Once a completed report has been delivered, the associated charge is final. This is standard for services in this category, because the report itself is the deliverable. Before subscribing, please review the sample report and medical disclaimer to make sure the product is what you expect.

Credits never expire, and one credit generates one full report. If an analysis you start with a credit fails for a technical reason on our end, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. Credit packs themselves are non-refundable once purchased.

Monitoring is billed quarterly at $29.99 ($9.99/mo) and you can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing quarter, and no partial refunds are issued for partial periods. Everything already delivered — your original report and any refreshed PDFs — remains yours to keep and view forever. Resubscribe anytime to resume updates from the next monthly check.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe once processed; depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days. If you believe you're owed a refund, or have any questions about this policy, reach us via the contact page.
